My inspiration comes from something that frustrates me, makes me laugh or a personal experience. These stories stay with me, and I feel compelled to tell them. So first of all, I need to research them in science and philosophy and talk and observe the society around me.
During this research time, I note everything down. On average, I write about five journals full per year and must empty my phone every 2 or 3 months. Collecting ideas is one of the most important aspects of being an artist.
When I have some time, I sit down and meditate on it. Which means I just sit, think and wait until something happens.
I had a great art school that taught me various techniques, and I was motivated to learn even more than they asked me.
Today helps me because I have a good foundation in the basics, allowing me to work with professionals or add on a specialized skill that will enable me to do it myself.
