Intellectual Property Rights: All original artworks, visual designs, graphics, prints, images, text, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Wendy NOUSE and are protected by French and international copyright laws (Article L. 111-1 and following of the French Code of Intellectual Property). You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or adapt any portion of the artworks or content without express written permission from us.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, ARTWORKS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND

Certain products or Services (such as limited edition prints or original artworks) may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange strictly according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Color Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and visual qualities of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Print-on-Demand: Select art prints are produced and fulfilled in collaboration with professional printing partners (such as Prodigi Group). In the event of manufacturing or transit damage, replacement or re-printing will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURIDIQUE COMPÉTENTE

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action. If an agreement cannot be reached, legal jurisdiction belongs exclusively to the competent courts of the artist's residence (Tribunaux du ressort du siège social de l'artiste).
