At Studio Wendy NOUSE, we ensure that both our fine art prints and original artworks are safely packaged and shipped using trusted, trackable couriers.

Because we offer both Original Artworks (hand-packaged from our studio in France) and Fine Art Prints (produced via our print-on-demand partner, Prodigi Group), shipping methods, fulfillment locations, and delivery times vary by product type.

1. FINE ART PRINTS (Print-on-Demand via Prodigi)

All non-original prints, canvases, and framed prints are produced on demand via our global production partner, Prodigi. To reduce transit times, shipping costs, and carbon footprint, orders are printed at the manufacturing facility closest to your delivery destination.

Packaging & Delivery Speeds

  • Packaging: All framed prints, canvases, and art prints are carefully secured in specialized protective packaging and cardboard boxes to ensure safe arrival.

  • Standard Delivery Speed: Orders are generally processed and shipped via standard tracked courier within 3 to 4 business days after production.

2. ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & LIMITED EDITIONS

Original artworks and select original limited-edition pieces are held exclusively at our main studio in Bois-le-Roi (France).

Collection & Shipping Options

If you are purchasing an original artwork, we offer two main fulfillment options:

  1. Local Studio Pick-Up: You are welcome to arrange a pick-up directly at our studio in France (by appointment). Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.

  2. Global Tracked & Insured Shipping: Original works are shipped globally via Colissimo / La Poste or specialized art couriers.

    • Insurance & Tracking: Every original shipment is fully insured up to the declared value of the artwork, tracked, and requires a signature upon delivery.

    • Packaging Quality: All original works are hand-packed directly by the artist using museum-grade, eco-friendly protective materials meeting high-end gallery standards.

Shipping Rates for Original Art

Because original works vary significantly in weight, dimension, fragility, and insurance value, exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout or customized upon request.

We invite you to contact us at studio[@]wendynouse.com prior to purchasing an original work so we can optimize the shipping solution and quote for your destination.

3. DAMAGES & ISSUES DURING TRANSIT

We take extreme care in packaging every order, but if an item arrives damaged in transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Report within 48 hours to 7 days: Inspect your package immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing studio[@]wendynouse.com.

  2. Provide Documentation: Please include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item, and photos of the damaged outer packaging.

  3. Resolution:

    • For Art Prints: We will immediately issue a free reprint and replacement through our production partner.

    • For Original Works: Original pieces are fully covered by transport insurance. We will initiate the insurance claim process with the carrier (Colissimo / La Poste) to provide you with a full refund or repair solution.
