DRAW ANIMALS FROM NUMBERS, I feel this is a great course for all students of every age. Even for adults this is fun to do and I think it is great to take the time to reinvent the numbers into different ways. During my class I create the drawing at the same moment.

I notice the kids have sometimes more complications to see where is what. At first we make some simple line drawings, as soon as they can do it barely on their own. I make one very quick and they need to copy it on their own. I walk around and assist when needed. As soon as this works very good. I ask them to make the lines thinner and then make the drawing much more detailed. I take the time to draw one very beautiful drawing from a basic number drawing base. The kids in general go crazy and then they go fully into the drawings.

I have given this course DRAW ANIMALS FROM NUMBERS multiple times it is one of the most favourite classes! For a disclaimer these examples I haven’t made. Simply type on google and you will find very easily hundereds of different examples.

Just a piece of advice, if you are doing this at home with your kids it is great to really do it with them at the same moment and to make sometimes a mistake on purpose, this keeps them to gain their attention. At the same moment I like to teach them as well the other forms.

For exemple: if we look at the number one. The nose is like an O. The smile is like a banana. the ear is like a U turned on the side. The spikes are like V’s. At a certain point you start to notice the lines become more and more shapes for them they recognise. This is a very important part in the 3 dimensional thinking.
