Lufttanz in Suermondt Ludwig museum
Lucht dans is een interventie performance die plaats vond in het Suermondt Ludwig museum, Aken, Duitsland, 2014. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om mijn interventie te laten plaats vinden naast het werk van Pol Bury, L’art Illustré, 1976, videowerk van 20 minuten.
Ik heb ervoor gekozen om te dansen op het ritme van de vluchtige bubble bel die kapot springt. Als een routine tussen het kauwen, créeren, vluchtige en vernietigend. Voelde het op dat moment als een versterking van het werk van Pol Bury dat in het museum al aanwezig was.
De performance video duur een 17 minuten, waarin ik eerst opkom, me omkleed, en vervolgens de dans uitvoer tot het einde van de videowerk. Het werk van Pol Bury spreekt tot me omdat het een goede illustratie is van het kunstenaar zijn in een ludique manier die in deze video naar voren wordt gebracht. Waarin de kenmerken van mijn performance in continue naar voren komen.

Air dance is an intervention performance that took place in the Suermondt Ludwig museum, Aachen, Germany, 2014. I chose to have my intervention take place next to the work of Pol Bury, L’art Illustré, 1976, 20 minute video work.
I decided to dance to the rhythm of the fleeting bubble bell that bursts. As a routine between chewing, creating, fleeting and destruction. At the time, it felt that this performance worked as a reinforcement of Pol Bury’s work already present in the museum.
The performance video lasts for 17 minutes, in which I first get up, change, and then perform the dance until the end of the video work. The work of Pol Bury speaks to me because it is a good illustration of being an artist in a playful way presented in this video. In which the characteristics of my performance continuously emerge.

Danse en l’air est une performance d’intervention qui était au musée Suermondt Ludwig, Aix-la-Chapelle, Allemagne, 2014. J’ai choisi de faire passer mon intervention à côté de l’œuvre de Pol Bury, L’art Illustré, 1976, œuvre vidéo de 20 minutes.
J’ai choisi de danser au rythme de la cloche éphémère qui éclate. Comme une routine entre mâcher, créer, éphémère et le destruction. À l’époque, cela ressemblait à un renforcement de l’œuvre de Pol Bury déjà au musée.
La vidéo de performance dure 17 minutes, au cours desquelles je me lève d’abord, je change, puis je joue la danse jusqu’à la fin du vidéo. Le travail de Pol Bury me parle car c’est une bonne illustration d’être un artiste de manière ludique présentée dans cette vidéo. Dans lequel les caractéristiques de ma performance émergent continuellement.
